My name is Kerry Dowden and I am the Vice President of AFGE Local 331. I have a long history with the Union. Before I came to Local 331 I was the Vice President of the Local at Fort Howard. We then merged with 331. I then became Vice President of Professionals for Local 331. I am now in my second term as Vice President. I believe in the Union and I will fight for all employees and there rights.
